HTC ReCamera image leaked

Close on the heels of a recently-released web teaser about its forthcoming 'ReCamera', HTC has inadvertently leaked an image which nearly reveals the personal video- and audio-recording device. The ReCamera is officially scheduled to be launched by HTC on October 8, at a New York event.

The leaked image essentially shows the ReCamera device - which will apparently challenge the GoPro - in completion; revealing it in full glory.

VIZIO has recently announced the launch of its newest collection of Ultra HD TVs --- the P-Series lineup, which features Ultra HD TVs in sizes ranging between 50 inches and 70 inches, at 5-inch increments.

The cost of the new P-Series TVs begins at $1,000 for the 50-inch P502ui-B1 model; and goes up to $2,500 for the 70-inch P702ui-B3 model.

According to Android Police founder Artem Russakovskii, Motorola's much-raved about Moto 360 circular-face Android Wear smartwatch may look extremely attractive in photos, but it appears to have some serious issues.

Russakovskii, who is a longtime Android fan, has recently said in Google+ post that his personal experience with the pretty-looking Motorola Moto 360 smartwatch for one day has been "awful."

Russakovskii said in the post that Moto 360 is "easily the buggiest and most power hungry Android Wear device to date."

At the IFA 2014 event, bigwig South Korean device manufacturer Samsung will unveil a soundbar - the HW-H7500/H7501 - to match its curved TV sets. The HW-H7500/H7501 will be the first TV-matching curved soundbar in the world.

Revealing that the HW-H7500/H7501 has been primarily built with the objective of highlighting the company's curved LED TV lineup, Samsung said that the soundbar is the first sound bar to boast "a curved form factor."

Sony has recently unveiled the latest addition to its Alpha line --- the new Alpha A5100 mirrorless camera with a lightning quick autofocus system. The Alpha A5100 replaces Sony's NEX-5T; and marks an attractive mid-way device between the entry-level A5000 and A6000.

The cost of the new Alpha A5100 camera is $549 for the body, or $699 if the body is accompanied by Sony's 16-50mm kit lens. Like the high-end A6000, the new A5100 boasts a 24.3-megapixel APS-C sensor as well as an overhauled, speedy hybrid autofocus system.

In an evident attempt aimed at getting the Comcast-TWC merger blocked, Dish said in its FCC filing that the proposed merger will "present serious competitive concerns for the broadband and video marketplaces and therefore should be denied."
