In a recently published report, blog Patently Apple has revealed that the US Patent Office has awarded a new patent to tech giant Apple. The new patent – US Patent 9,409,599 – is apparently the company’s first vehicle-related patent.

According to the report, the new patent, which was granted to Apple on Tuesday, August 9, is for a “steering device for an articulated vehicle.” The patent was filed by Apple in July 2015.
