DA supports Cosatu in efforts to reduce interest rates

Cosatu is getting the support of DA which just before the announcement of the mid-term budget policy statement that would be happening tomorrow has joined the movement for bringing down the interest rates. If this is done then the rand the country’s currency will be devaluated.

Dion George, finance spokesperson of DA, before the statement made by the finance minister of DA, Mr. Pravin Gordhan said that if the interest rates are lowered then it will have a positive impact on the country’s currency, rand. Actually he meant the value of rand will be weakened.

To bring down the rate of HIV infections more than two hundred young men from the University of Zululand will be circumcised in a camp that will be organized by the tertiary institution along with KwaZulu-Natal Health Department.

The men aged between eighteen to twenty nine years would be circumcised by a group of doctors and nurses in which volunteers of the Medi Clinic would be present.

Patients might beat cancer taking Aspirin

According to a new study, Aspirin one of the most pedestrian and ever present drug can reduce the risk of dying from prostrate cancer if the disease is localized which means it has not spread beyond the glands.

Researchers studied records of more than five thousand man suffering from prostrate cancer out of which two thousand patients were having aspirin or any other kind of blood thinner or anticoagulant and they found out that people taking blood thinner have more than fifty percent less chance of dying from cancer.
