Samsung announces new POWERbot VR7000 robot vacuum cleaner

Days ahead of the CES 2017 event coming up in January, Samsung has announced the newest model of its POWERbot robot vacuum cleaners --- the POWERbot VR7000. The pricing and availability details of the new robot vacuum cleaner have not yet been disclosed by Samsung.

The newly-announced POWERbot VR7000 robot vacuum cleaner from Samsung is a 4-inch device which, going by Samsung’s claims, is 28 percent slimmer than the company’s previous robot vacuum cleaners.

In addition, Samsung has also revealed that the POWERbot VR7000 robot vacuum cleaner – which will be showcased by the company at the CES event next week – has the capability to offer up to 20 watts of suction power on the most powerful model; thereby setting an actual vacuum cleaner benchmark.

The POWERbot VR7000 robot vacuum cleaner also boasts an ‘Intelligent Power Control’ feature, with which the device can make automatic adjustments to suction levels, depending on the surface being cleaned. The device also features a self-cleaning brush system which, according to Samsung, "significantly reduces the amount of dust and hair that gets trapped in the bristles."

Moreover, the new POWERbot VR7000 robot vacuum cleaner also comes with Amazon Echo support, so as to enable the users of the device to conveniently operate it with voice controls.
