In an announcement made on Friday, tech biggie Apple said that it will host its next product launch event - to unveil new devices and accessories - on March 21, 2016. The event will be held at the Town Hall auditorium on Apple's Infinite Loop campus in Cupertino, California.
According to the invites sent out by Apple to the media for the forthcoming product launch event, the proceedings at the event will commence at 10 a. m. PT/1 p. m. ET on March 21. The invites for the event come with the slogan, "Let us loop you in."
The upcoming product launch event will be livestreamed by Apple; with some Windows users also to be supported this time.
Going by the rumors making rounds of late, the most significant announcements which Apple is likely to make at the March 21 product launch event include the introduction of the 4-inch iPhone SE; a new 9.7-inch iPad; and also probably the MacBook Pro 2016.
In addition, Apple is also expected to roll out a new line of bands for the Apple watch smartwatch. The new bands will likely include new Sports Band options as well as new color options for the Hermes bands. Apple will also possibly announce a few upgrades to the Apple Watch.
