Adcock reported losses in its full-year profits

The second biggest drug maker of South Africa, Adcock Ingram, reported that it had declined by nineteen percent in its full-year profit affected by one-off charge connected with the black empowerment deal. The company said that it was contemplating acquisitions in the developing markets.

The firm is the maker of painkillers as well as over-the-counter drugs; it reported that its headline earnings per share amounted to three hundred and sixty three decimal four cents in the year till September in comparison of four hundred and fifty cents of the previous year.
