According to a recent report from The Verge, game developerUbisoft's next installment of 'Assassin's Creed' game - titled 'Assassin's Creed unity' - will not have the option to play female characters.

The report, citing the information shared by Ubisoft, said that the lack of playable female characters in the forthcoming 'Assassin's Creed Unity' game - which is scheduled for release on October 28 - is apparently a move rooted in the fact that the inclusion of such characters would have "doubled" the work of the developers.
